Marriott Vacations Worldwide is recruiting a Guest Greeter to warmly welcome Owners and guests, share information about property amenities, and help create memorable vacation experiences.

As a Greeter, you may assist with luggage, provide directions, manage parking flow, and help guests navigate local areas of interest, hours of operation, and on-site services.

Qualifications

• Available to work various shifts, holidays and weekends.
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull items up to 10 lbs.
• Background and drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Offer a sincere welcome and 'sense of arrival' to each guest/Owner.
• Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities and local areas of interest.
• Tag, store, and retrieve luggage with proper claim tickets.
• Directs traffic and controls the flow of parking.
• Retrieve luggage carts and ensure proper location for arriving guests/Owners.
• Assist with package retrieval/delivery and ID verification.

As a Greeter, a typical day will include:

• O ffer s a sincere welcome and "sense of arrival" to each guest/ O wner.
• Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
• Tag, store, and retrieve luggage from luggage storage, providing guests with proper claim tickets for their luggage .
• D irects traffic and controls the flow of parking.
• Retrieves luggage carts to ensure proper location and supply for arriving guests/ O wners.
• May be asked to assist with package retrieval/ delivery and verifying ID.

Guest Experience and Company Standards

• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Greeter at MVW:

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time .
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 10 lbs without assistance .
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
