Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide (MVW) is seeking a Bellstand Attendant in Hawaii to deliver warm, attentive guest service. You will greet guests, escort them to rooms, assist with luggage, and inform them about resort amenities and local attractions.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a welcoming guest experience in a premium vacation setting. This position offers an hourly rate of $20.65 plus tips, with casual/part-time scheduling expectations and opportunities to participate in company

Qualifications

• Availability for various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull items up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greets and escorts guests to rooms and assists with luggage.
• Opens doors, informs guests about amenities and local activities.
• Transport luggage to villas/rooms and assist with deliveries.
• Assist guests entering/leaving the property and with vehicle loading/unloading.

Job description

Hourly Rate: $20.65

Hourly Wage: $20.65 + tips

Job Status: Casual (0-19 / hours per week)

Valid driver's license may be required with at least one year of clean driving history.

Typical day responsibilities

• Greets and escort guests to their rooms.
• Opens doors and assists Owners/guests/visitors entering and leaving the property.
• Informs guests of property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
• Transports guest luggage to and from the villa/guest room and/or designated bell area.
• Assists with luggage storage and retrieval.
• Assists Owners/guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting with loading/unloading luggage up to 50lbs.
• Assists with amenity deliveries when requested.

Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.

Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.

Contribute to team goals.

Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 50lbs without assistance.
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
