• Welcomes and escorts guests upon arrival; exhibits courteous manners in accordance with Bartell Hotels standards.
• Assists guests with baggage to/from the Front Office and/or Guest Rooms
• Promotes hotel facilities and services to guests
• Responds to guest questions with knowledge of hotel and local information
• Handles baggage storage and claim checks
• Arranges transportation with local ground services for guests
• Delivers messages, mail, packages, and small items to guestrooms
• Assists with guest laundry and dry cleaning
• Remains vigilant to hotel security and safety policies
• Transports guests to airports or local attractions in company vehicle
