Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts invites you to join REMI. Hotel, an Autograph Collection, in downtown Scottsdale as Assistant Front Office Manager. The role leads the Front Desk team, delivering exceptional guest service across five outlets in a luxury setting.

You will greet guests, manage registrations, promote Crescent programs, and coordinate room assignments while upholding brand standards and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1 year front desk supervisor experience preferred.
• Marriott brand, service, and systems experience preferred.
• Requires standing and continual mobility in front office.
• Flexible scheduling availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Desk team to ensure consistent guest service.
• Greet guests promptly with a warm, sincere welcome.
• Input registration data and manage guest information in the system.
• Promote Crescent and brand marketing programs to guests.
• Assign rooms based on guest needs and preferences.
• Code electronic keys and verify room rate and charge at check-in.
• Close out guest accounts at checkout and resolve issues as needed.
• Train, coach, and monitor performance of front office staff.
• Negotiate satisfaction remedies, including revenue allowances when warranted.
