Job summary

Wequassett Resort and Golf Club is seeking a Bellperson to welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, assist with luggage, and guide arrivals to their rooms with a polished, informative tour of amenities. You will support guest needs proactively and coordinate with the Front Office to ensure a seamless stay.

Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal skills, physical stamina, and prior luxury resort experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk up to 9 hours per shift.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival with warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness.
• Safely and efficiently transport luggage during arrival and departure in accordance with resort standards.
• Escort guests to accommodations while providing a clear and engaging orientation of room features, resort amenities, and services.
• Deliver guest amenities, packages, newspapers, and special requests promptly and accurately.
• Assist guests with parking directions and vehicle coordination.
• Transport guests to nearby attractions and within the resort via golf cart or vehicle as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bell areas, carts, and storage spaces.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer assistance proactively.
• Communicate guest requests or observations to the Front Office team.

Hourly Rate: $16.00 – $17.00 / hour plus gratuities
