The Bell Person at Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort & Spa in Indio will greet guests on arrival and assist with luggage. You will escort guests to rooms and highlight hotel services and amenities, ensuring a seamless first impression for every guest.
You will anticipate needs, coordinate transportation, deliver items, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort offerings to provide an outstanding guest experience in a desert-island inspired setting.

You will be the first to welcome and the last to encourage the return of all guests and visitors. You will provide assistance with luggage and transportation needs and connect our customers with distinctively different and unscripted discoveries throughout their stay.
Position Summary:The Bell Person is responsible for greeting guests as they arrive and depart from the property; and assist them with luggage. Transport guest luggage to/from guest rooms. Escort guests to rooms and inform guests of all hotel services and features. Responsible for attending to immediate needs of each guest upon arrival and throughout their stay for concierge services, etc. Thorough knowledge of all hotel services and amenities.
Salary Rate: $17.00/hour
