Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests (ice, room changes, itinerary, transportation).
• Ensure departing guests receive a fond farewell with excellent service.

Alisal, a luxury 10,500 private acre working Ranch and Resort in the heart of Santa Barbara Wine Country is seeking an experiencedand service-oriented Bellperson to join our team.This full-time role entails greeting and escorting arriving guests to their accommodations, instructing guests on Ranch offerings, guestroom features, hotel amenities and other pertinent and relevant material. Impeccable service while transferring, organizing and storingluggage for Ranch guests and group customers. Attending to and responding to guest requests (ice, room moves, itinerary requests,lobby and front door, handling guest transportation requests).
