Responsibilities

• The Bellperson assists guests in transporting luggage to and from guest rooms, coordinates guests' needs, requests and inquiries.
• Greet guests and escort them to their rooms when needed.
• Handles luggage for guests upon arrival or departure.
• Transports luggage between lobby and guest rooms.
• Receive and mark baggage by completing and attaching claim checks.
• Assist physically challenged guests with special needs.
• Maintain presentable entrances.
• Assist the Front Desk in delivering quick and efficient service to hotel guests.
• Maintain constant communication with transportation, front desk, and messaging/PBX team members.
• Assist guests with general questions about the rooms or other points of interest.
• Comply with all health and safety standards.
• Attend meetings as scheduled.
• Other job‑related duties as assigned.
