About the Role: Room Attendant

As our Room Attendant, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Your Impact

Technical / Role-Specific Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to safely operate housekeeping equipment and cleaning tools.
• Knowledge of proper use, handling, and storage of cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas to hotel standards.
• Ability to make beds, replace linens, towels, and guest amenities.
• Ability to identify and report maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items.
• Ability to follow OSHA, hotel safety, and chemical-handling guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently while meeting room-cleaning productivity requirements.
• Ability to safely push and maneuver a housekeeping cart.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
