Job summary

The Biltmore Los Angeles, a Millennium Hotels & Resorts property, seeks an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead all F&B operations at the downtown landmark. You will oversee outlets, control costs, and drive guest satisfaction.

You will coach the team, maintain high standards of service, ensure safety compliance, and partner with events to deliver memorable experiences while maximizing profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food and beverage management within hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent financial acumen including budgeting and revenue management.
• Knowledge of health, safety and liquor laws.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily pre-shift briefings and ensure staff are informed of specials.
• Oversee F&B operations and maintain service quality across outlets.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for F&B.
• Manage daily setup, breakdown, and event coordination.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, health, safety, and liquor regulations.
