Riggs Washington DC is seeking a guest-facing hospitality associate to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and escort guests to rooms while explaining hotel amenities. You will respond promptly to requests, coordinate with front desk and housekeeping, keep the lobby welcoming, and provide local directions.

Prior hospitality/service experience and strong communication are valued. The role requires a professional appearance, flexible availability, and physical stamina to lift 50–75 lbs as needed,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and departure with a professional, friendly attitude.
• Assist guests with loading, unloading, and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms.

• Respond promptly to guest requests, such as delivering packages, messages, or amenities.
