Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or bell attendant roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
• Assist with unloading and loading of luggage from vehicles.
• Read and match luggage tags, write claim tickets and detach portion for guests.
• Escort guests to accommodations and explain room amenities and facilities.
• Handle luggage storage and retrieval services.
• Provide local area information, including attractions, restaurants, and directions.
• Maintain an organized and secure luggage storage area.
• Report damaged or missing luggage to management.
• Operate luggage carts, trolleys, or other equipment safely.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure guest and personal safety.
• Uphold resort standards, values, and image at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or as a bell attendant.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work a variety of shifts including AM shifts, PM shifts, weekends and holidays.

Standing, sitting, walking, repetitive movement, lifting heavy items (up to 70 pounds).
