Job summary

RESORT PORTER LLC is seeking a Bellman Services Supervisor to lead luggage handling at one of our resort locations in Florida. You will supervise luggage receiving, tagging, storing, and delivery, while ensuring safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction throughout shifts that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

We expect 2+ years in luggage handling with at least 1 year in a leadership role, plus strong communication and interpersonal skills to coach team members and uphold

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in luggage handling or a similar role with 1 year experience in leadership position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including AM shifts, PM shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Standing, sitting, walking, repetitive movement, lifting of heavy items (up to 70 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily luggage handling activities, including receiving, tagging, storing, and delivering guest luggage.
• Monitor workflows to ensure luggage is handled efficiently, safely, and in a timely manner.
• Assist in managing daily tasks and ensuring there is proper coverage.
• Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and service standards among team members.
• Ensure all interactions with guests reflect the resorts standards for courtesy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Track and maintain accurate records of luggage handling, including lost-and-found items.
• Submit regular reports to the Facility Manager on performance and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure all team members comply with safety procedures to prevent injuries and damages to luggage.
• Uphold resort standards, values, and image at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
