HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests and deliver professional, friendly service during their stay. You will handle check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience backed by our Culture of Excellence.

Ideal candidates read, write, and communicate effectively in English, have hotel or customer-service experience, and are eligible to work in the United States.

Formación

• Hotel experience is a plus.

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing warm, professional service throughout their stay.
