Job summary

Salamander Middleburg, home to the Gold Cup Wine Bar, invites you to join our team as a Server Assistant. You will support the dining room, deliver courses promptly, and help maintain a refined, fast-paced luxury dining environment at this Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five-Diamond resort.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant, food runner, busser, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong guest service mindset and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standards environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Availability to work AM or PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support servers to ensure smooth and efficient dining room service.
• Deliver food promptly and accurately to guests.
• Assist with table maintenance and dining room cleanliness.
• Reset tables according to fine-dining standards.
• Assist with food running and communication between kitchen and service staff.
• Prepare garnishes and assist with basic food presentation needs.
• Complete opening and closing side work duties.
• Maintain organization of service stations.
• Uphold Salamander Forbes service standards in all interactions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by restaurant leadership.
