Under the direction of the Front Desk Manager, the incumbent is responsible for various guest services duties. Greets both arriving and departing guests in a positive, upbeat manner. Provides guests with general information such as directions, promotional information, valet information, etc. Assists guest with luggage upon arrival and departure. Promotes positive guest/employee relations. Other assignments as directed
