Park MGM in Las Vegas, NV, seeks a Bell Person to welcome guests, handle luggage, coordinate transportation, and deliver personalized service. You will help create WOW moments and memorable stays for our guests at MGM Resorts International properties.

Starting pay rate $17.23 per hour plus service commissions; candidates must be 18+, have at least 6 months of guest-facing customer service experience, and be able to work weekends and holidays. Prior AAA/Mobil/Forbes hotel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Six (6) months of prior relevant Guest-Facing Customer Service experience preferred
• Experience in a AAA 5 Diamond, Mobil 5 Star, or Forbes hotel/resort setting preferred
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays

THE JOB

As a Bell Person at Park MGM, you will set the stage for the ultimate guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. You will enhance the guest experience by providing distinguished hospitality when handling guests’ luggage and belongings, facilitating efficient transportation arrangements, and delivering personalized assistance with professionalism and courtesy.

Understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us!

STARTING PAY RATE: $17.2268 / Per Hour + Service Commissions

THE DAY-TO-DAY
