Job summary

Snowmass Club in Snowmass Village, CO, is seeking a Bell Lead to guide Bell staff, deliver exceptional hospitality, and coordinate guest transportation and services. The role emphasizes leadership, clear communication, and maintaining the high standards of the Club’s guest experience.

The Bell Lead will supervise the Bell team, oversee daily operations, and collaborate with Front Desk, Concierge, and Housekeeping to ensure a seamless guest journey.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience supervising a guest-services team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist arrivals, openings doors, direct to Reception Desk.
• Lead Bell team during shifts and ensure service standards.
• Coordinate transportation/shuttle services for guests and owners.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of Bell department areas; ensure equipment readiness.
• Communicate effectively with Front Desk and other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
