Job summary

Renaissance Baton Rouge Hotel is looking for a full-time Bell Person who provides attentive luggage assistance to guests from check-in to checkout. A high school diploma is required, and experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include escorting guests to rooms, assisting with luggage, maintaining a neat appearance, and communicating effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure a seamless guest experience. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Escorting hotel guests to rooms and assisting with luggage to and from guestrooms.
• Maintaining high standards of personal appearance and grooming when working.
• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Employees must at all times be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests, managers, and fellow employees.
• Establish and maintain good communications and team work with fellow employees and other departments within the hotel.
• Answer guest inquires about hotel services, facilities and hours of operation in a timely manner.
