Boyd Gaming Corporation is hiring for a Bellman position in Louisiana. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, escort guests to rooms, and coordinate reservations and transportation.

Candidates should be fluent in English, present a professional appearance, and handle luggage with care. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 75 pounds, and maintaining excellent communication with guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Previous Hotel/Casino experience as a bellman is preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time (≈90% of shift).
• Present a professional and impeccable appearance with excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and informative guest service while assisting with guest luggage and coordinating tour group luggage handling.
• Greet guests upon arrival to the front desk area and communicate with guests, staff, and Tour Escorts regarding operations.
• Escort guests and carry or transport luggage to and from the rooms and resolve customer complaints.
• Make airline, show and tour reservations for guests and arrange guest car rentals and delivery.
