Job summary

Watermark Baton Rouge is seeking a part-time Bell Person to provide attentive luggage assistance to guests during check-in, stay, and checkout. Requires a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license; hotel/related experience is preferred.

Reports to Front Office Manager and participates in a guest-focused team environment. Position offers open availability and a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, disability, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escort guests to rooms and assist with luggage.
• Transport guests to the airport and local venues.
• Maintain a professional appearance and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Provide accurate information on hotel services and hours of operation.
