Qualifications

• Fluent in English (read, write and speak).
• Guest Services/Bell operations experience preferred.
• Clean driving record; valid license where applicable.
• Knowledge of local area and attractions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of bellpersons, delivering exceptional service.
• Greet and assist guests on arrival/departure with a warm, personalized experience.
• Coordinate luggage handling, transportation, and guest requests promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
