Job summary

Reunion Resort and Golf Club in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Bell Attendant & Shuttle Driver to greet guests, assist with luggage and provide information on resort amenities. The role includes driving company vehicles on-site and to Disney Transportation centers, with emphasis on safe operations and customer service.

The position requires 18+, ability to obtain a DOT certificate within 30 days, and flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have or be able to obtain a DOT medical certificate within 30 days of employment.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred; previous bellman/driver experience is a plus.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and run for long periods; able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly on arrival and escort to rooms, assist with hand luggage and provide information on services and attractions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and act as information source for dining, attractions, and on-/off-property options.
• Follow resort procedures and policies; communicate guest concerns to the Director of Front Office.
• Drive resort vehicles to passenger destinations on Reunion property and to Disney Transportation/Center as scheduled; assist with loading/unloading luggage.

Job Responsibilities

• Promptly greet guests arriving at the resort. Escort incoming hotel guests to rooms, assist with hand luggage, and offer information pertaining to available services and facilities of the resort, points of interest, and entertainment attractions.
• Provide exceptional customer service while acting as an information source for dining, attraction, and shop options on and off property
• Adhere to Reunion Resort and Golf Club company procedures and policies
• Assist department with any guest and member complaints/concerns and communicate to Director of Front Office
• Drives vehicle from on-property locations to selected passenger destinations on Reunion property and/or other locations as authorized by management. Transport guests to the Disney Transportation and Ticket Center, as scheduled. Assist passengers into and out of vehicle. Assist with loading and unloading baggage.
• Drive company vehicle both on and off property; valet member and guests vehicles
• Attend all required meetings and trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership to meet business needs.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and brand service standards.

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and run for long periods of time. Must be able to complete repetitive motions throughout shift such as reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, etc.
• Comfortable to perform the essential functions of the role in various types of Florida weather conditions including: sunshine, heat, and rain.
• Comfortable to complete repetitive motions, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• English language proficiency is required to perform the essential functions of this position.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, may be required based on business need.
