Job summary

Reunion Resort and Golf Club in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Bell Attendant & Shuttle Driver to greet guests, assist with luggage and provide information on resort amenities. The position requires 18+, ability to obtain a DOT certificate within 30 days, and flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have or be able to obtain a DOT medical certificate within 30 days of employment.
Previous customer service experience is preferred; previous bellman/driver experience is a plus.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and run for long periods; able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly on arrival and escort to rooms, assist with hand luggage and provide information on services and attractions.
Deliver exceptional customer service and act as information source for dining, attractions, and on-/off-property options.
Follow resort procedures and policies; communicate guest concerns to the Director of Front Office.
Drive resort vehicles to passenger destinations on Reunion property and to Disney Transportation/Center as scheduled; assist with loading/unloading luggage.
