Job summary

Reunion Resort & Golf Club in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Restaurant Greeter to deliver warm, attentive service as guests are seated and welcomed. You will handle reservations, greet patrons, and help maintain a smooth dining flow with the restaurant team.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service or food and beverage experience, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. OpenTable and POS familiarity are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional first impression by seating guests and providing excellent service.
• Take reservations by phone or online and greet patrons of the resort’s dining facilities.
• Monitor dining room flow and assist leadership with seating arrangements.
• Keep communication open with FOH/BOH, guests, and members.
• Ensure tables and menus are tidy; assist staff as needed.
• Thank guests and invite return visits at the end of their experience.

Assist leadership with setting up dining room to accommodate parties.Assists the manager on duty in assigning station/table arrangement and reservation assignments.Resolves any customer issues as necessaryInspects dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness, and checks menus to ensure that they are cleaned and updated on a regular basis.Assist wait staff in the rolling of silverware when business demands.Conclude the guest’s experience by thanking them for their visit and welcoming their return upon exit.Attend all required meetings and trainings.Perform other duties as assigned by leadership to meet business needs.Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and brand service standards.Qualifications/RequirementsMust have attention to detail, strong ability to multi-task, and time-management skillsCustomer service and/or food and beverage experience of at least 1 year is required. Private and/or club experience is a plus.Experience with Open Table is preferred.
