Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have or be able to obtain a DOT medical certificate within 30 days of employment.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred; Previous bellman/driver experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly on arrival and escort them to rooms, assist with hand luggage, and provide information about resort services and local attractions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and act as an information source for dining, attractions, and shopping on and off property.
• Adhere to Reunion Resort and Golf Club procedures and policies; assist with guest and member complaints and communicate to Front Office leadership.
• Transport guests using the on-site company vehicle, including trips to Disney Transportation and Ticket Center; assist with loading and unloading baggage.
• Drive company vehicles on and off property; assist with valet services for members and guests.
