Job summary

Reunion Resort & Golf Club is seeking a Golf Shop Attendant in Kissimmee, FL to provide friendly, professional service to guests and members. You will assist with tee times, answer questions, and support retail sales while staying informed about daily operations and local attractions.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service, comfort with computer systems, and an eagerness to support the resort’s golf, dining, and recreation teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Pro Golf retail experience is a plus.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and members with a friendly, professional demeanor and provide prompt service.
• Assist with tee times, resort questions and sales.
• Be knowledgeable about the resort’s operations, recreation, dining services, local attractions, and events.
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly, escalated to a supervisor when necessary.
• Collaborate with outside golf ops and golf services to meet guest needs.
