Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Jackson Hole seeks a dedicated On-Call Bell Attendant to greet guests, assist with luggage, and provide seamless hospitality services. You will escort guests to rooms, manage luggage storage, and support the front desk and concierge with special requests.

Ideal candidates have sharp attention to detail, excellent English communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Flexible schedule; able to work weekends/holidays.
• Experience with Opera/HotSOS/MS Excel is preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and hospitality as part of on-call service.
• Assist guests with luggage, escort to rooms, and storage handling.
• Provide hotel orientation and front desk support as needed.
• Resolve guest inquiries and coordinate with concierge and bell staff.
• Perform errands and oversee property transitions for guests.
• Maintain records of luggage and deliveries in line with standards.
• Collaborate harmoniously with team and supervisors.
• Support seasonal ski equipment storage and delivery if required.
• Assist with deliveries and special requests from guests.
• Availability to travel locally to complete duties when required.

On-Call

• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Assist guests in all inquiries, services, directions, hours of operation, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions,recommendationsforoff property,etc.
• The Bell Attendant also provides arriving guests with a hotel orientation.
• Escorts guests to their rooms while delivering luggage to room upon check-in.
• Picks up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the Front Drive.
• Maintains proper records of stored luggage, package deliveries and pick-ups in compliance with Four Seasons Standards.
• Helps resolve customer complaints,and resolve issues related to the front drive.
• Will complete any tasks of a Doorman, Bellman,ValetDriverorHouse carAttendant in absence of coworkers or when necessary.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Performs duties related to guests and residents’ seasonal equipment storage or delivery of ski equipment and mountain bikesand related gear when needed.
• Assist the Concierge and Front Desk with deliveries, tasks and special requests.
• Performs errands for guests and the hotel that may require local travel off the hotel property.

Preferred Qualifications

• We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Good communication and fluent English skills are required.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to use computer systems such as Opera,HotSOSand MS Excel.Ability to push, pull or lift up to 60lbs throughout shift.
• Ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours per shift.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
