Job summary

Four Seasons Jackson Hole is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, handle inquiries, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience.

Based at the resort, you’ll uphold standards of service, assist with billing, answer calls, and support the Front Office Manager to set up the next shift; a flexible schedule and strong presentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, overnight and holidays.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.
• Fluent in English; second language encouraged.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Perform nightly audits, reconcile accounts, and prepare daily financial reports.
• Answer calls, take reservations, and manage booking systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest needs or emergencies.
• Respond to emergencies following company protocols.
• Ensure accurate guest information and transaction records.
• Provide basic concierge services like directions, recommendations, and transportation arrangements.
• Assist guests with all aspects of arrival and departure experiences.
• Assist the Overnight Front Office Manager with administrative tasks to prepare the next shift.
• Ensure tidiness of resort common spaces.
• Transport guests and packages, and handle deliveries to and from rooms.
• Encourage guest upgrades to initial bookings.

• Ensure accurate record-keeping of guest information and transactions
• Provide basic concierge services such as directions, recommendations, or transportation arrangements
• The Overnight Front Desk Agent assists guests with all aspects of their arrival and departure experience.
• Assist the overnight Front Office Manager with administrative duties in order to set up the next shift for success,
• Ensures tidiness of Resort common spaces
• Makes necessary deliveries to and from guest rooms, transports guests, and hotel packages and parcels.
• Focus on providing guests with opportunities to upgrade their initial booking

Preferred Qualifications

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. This may include some evenings, weekends, overnight and holidays.
• Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• This position requires the ability to lift up to 40lb
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
• Fluent in English an requirement and a second language is encouraged.
• Valid driver's license.
