Job summary

Ace Hotel Brooklyn seeks kind, curious, and industrious Bell Attendants to greet guests, direct traffic at the entrance, assist with luggage, and escort guests to rooms. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth traffic flow at the property entrance.
• Open vehicle doors and assist guests entering/exiting vehicles.
• Transfer luggage and other items to and from vehicles.
• Orient guests to the property when escorting to guest rooms.
• Place luggage according to guest preference and deliver items to rooms.
• Greet guests in public areas and coordinate with front desk staff.
• Promote property outlets and services to guests.
• Review guest history to enhance personalized service for repeat guests.
