Job Description - Bell Attendant (Full-Time) - Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace (HOT0BL2M)

Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 6 months previous experience in a similar position within bell/guest services/front office, excellent customer service and time management skills, a current valid driver's license and the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests at every opportunity!

Shift Pattern: Open availability any day of the week including weekends and holidays between the hours of 3pm - 12am)

Pay Rate: $10 per hour - plus tips

What will I be doing?

Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations

Retrieve and transport guest luggage

Inspect guest rooms and acquaint guests with these rooms and their features

Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner

Organize and store luggage, as needed, according to guidelines

Ensure that management/leadership team is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and/or other departments

Assist with room moves, special luggage deliveries and/or pulls, and attend the main lobby and front door, as needed
