Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have an excellent driving record (less than 2 moving violations in the last two years).
• Must be flexible to work all shifts including on holidays and weekends.

Job description

This team member will provide assistance and services to guests in order to ensure that their arrival and departure experience is pleasurable and informative.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the transport and storage of guest luggage.
• Assist with guest packages and transport to guest rooms.
• Assist with transport to guest meeting areas and Omni meeting rooms.
• Properly log all trips originating from the Bell Stand.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance of uniform.
• Be knowledgeable about all resort amenities and surrounding area.
• Be conversant with all resort promotional programs (guest related).

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills: smile, welcoming attitude, ability to engage and make a great first impression on guests.
• Excellent grooming and body language to represent the brand.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and work on feet entire shift.
• Must be able to drive manual and automatic transmission.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have an excellent driving record (less than 2 moving violations in the last two years).

• Must be able to stand/walk for duration of shift.
