Job summary

• Maintain a clean appearance of uniforms.
• Be knowledgeable about all hotel amenities.
• Be conversant with all hotel promotional programs.

Essential Functions

• Assist in the transport and storage of guest luggage.
• Assist with guest packages.
• Transport guests to their rooms.
• Transport guests to meeting areas and Omni meeting rooms.
• Properly "log" all trips originating from the "Bell Stand".
• Maintain a clean appearance of uniforms.
• Be knowledgeable about all hotel amenities.
• Be conversant with all hotel promotional programs (guest related).
• Balance convenience and security for the bell closet and ski‑check.

Tools and Equipment

• Bell carts, hand truck
