Responsibilities

• Open door and greet guests as they enter or leave the hotel.
• Assist guests with luggage during check-in/check-out and deliver to rooms.
• Explain hotel facilities and promote services to guests.
• Arrange taxis or car services and assist with valet parking.
• Attend to guest requests and address complaints with supervisor input.
• Collaborate with front office and other departments to ensure service excellence.
