Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe seeks a Regular Full-Time Bell Attendant to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience in a luxury setting. You will drive service excellence with a warm, authentic hospitality approach and maintain the front drive area and vehicle readiness.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a bell attendant/valet in a luxury hotel setting preferred.
• United States driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to move luggage carts weighing up to 200 lbs.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 100 lbs.
• Flexible schedule—evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Use your genuine and authentic personality to create an exceptional experience during arrival and departure for all guests.
• Assist guests with luggage, ensuring bags are delivered accurately and promptly to the correct room.
• Maintain awareness and presence at the resort entrance, coordinating door access for guests entering and exiting the lobby.
• Support the quality, flow, and cleanliness of the front drive.
• Complete deliveries and pickups to and from guest rooms, transporting guest and hotel packages as needed.
• Ensure assigned vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready at the start of each shift.
• Provide safe and friendly transportation for guests to and from designated local destinations.
