Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Miami is seeking a Bellman who is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role serves as one of the first and last impressions of the hotel by providing warm welcomes, luggage handling, and transportation support while maintaining Four Seasons luxury service standards.

You will greet guests, assist with luggage, escort to rooms, coordinate transportation, and work closely with Front Desk, Concierge, Valet and Housekeeping to anticipate needs.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality/luxury hotel or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel amenities and features.
• Coordinate transportation requests, including taxis, rideshares, and hotel vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front drive and lobby area.
• Deliver guest requests and amenities promptly and accurately.
• Provide local recommendations and directions to guests.
• Communicate effectively with Front Desk, Concierge, Valet, and Housekeeping teams.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
• Uphold Four Seasons service standards and create memorable guest experiences.

What to Expect

• Standing and walking for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of luggage and guest items up to 50-80 pounds.
• Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule required, including mornings, evenings, rotating overnight shifts (2 shifts), weekends, and holidays.
