About the role:

The Bell Attendantis responsible forassistingguests with luggage, escorting guests throughout the resort, and supporting daily Guest Services operations. This role serves as a primary point of contact for guests during arrival and departure and helps ensure a seamless and memorable experience. This position is part of the Guest Services team and reports to Front Office Management.

What you will do:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure while delivering exceptional hospitality
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about resort amenities and services
• Deliver and retrieve guest luggage efficiently and safely
• Transport luggage to guest rooms, storage areas, and designated resort locations
• Maintainaccuraterecords of luggage deliveries and pick-ups
• Respond to guest requests and inquiriesregardingresort services, local attractions, directions, and hotel operations
• Assistguests with special requests whenever possible
• Provide assistancethroughout the lobby, entrance areas, and guest arrival experience
• Perform package, parcel, and amenity deliveries throughout the resort
• Provideshoe shineservice and other guest services asrequired
• Support resort operations with errands and special assignments when needed
• Work collaboratively with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

What you bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Previoushospitality, guest service, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to provide friendly, courteous, and professional serviceat all times
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability tooperatecomputer systems and guest service technology
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Strong problem-solving skills and service-oriented mindset
