Job summary

Four Seasons Miami is seeking a friendly Bellperson to assist guests with luggage, escort them to rooms, and ensure a seamless arrival experience in a luxury setting.

You will handle deliveries, maintain records, and respond to guest inquiries with hospitality and professionalism, working across shifts including weekends and holidays. This on-site role offers exposure to premium service standards and guest interaction.

Qualifications

• Able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Oral proficiency in English.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 100 pounds and maneuvering luggage.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure; transport guest and hotel packages.

The Opportunity

• Assists guest with luggage during arrival and departure, makes necessary deliveries to and pick up from guest rooms, transports guest and hotel packages and parcels.
• Greets guests and escorts them to their rooms. Delivers luggage to room upon check-in and picks up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the Front Drive. Maintains proper records of deliveries and pick-ups.
• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints, assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Must be able to work all shifts including, AM's, PM's, weekends, and holidays.
• Requires oral proficiency in the English language.
• Bending to pick up or place luggage or boxes on cart.
• Pulling luggage carts with weight of up to 200 pounds. Cart may be pulled up to the length of a full city block.
• Lifts boxes of up to 100 pounds and carries them for up to 15 feet.
• Is mobile during 100% of shift.
