Qualifications

• Experience in a tour-related or entertainment industry preferred.
• Strong public speaking and customer-service skills.
• Ability to memorize and present the tour script clearly and engagingly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily public tours of The Chicago Theatre in a safe, orderly manner.
• Memorize and present the script clearly, concisely, and entertainingly.
• Assist with large groups and manage equipment (radios, keys, uniforms, props, tech).
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain awareness of company news and upcoming events.
• Perform other duties and meet a minimum of 2 tours per day.
