Job summary

The Wood Group is seeking a Weekend Behavioral Health Technician for a youth mental health facility in Texas. The part-time role supports the clinical team and creates a safe, supportive environment for youth clients on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 10pm.

Responsibilities include crisis-area monitoring, meals, chore completion, and maintaining confidentiality. Prior youth or mental health experience is preferred, with emphasis on empathy and calm crisis intervention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Experience in mental health or youth settings preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and compassionate in crisis situations.

Behavioral Health Technician - Youth Mental Health Facility (Weekend Shift)

Join our dedicated team at a leading youth mental health facility, where we are committed to providing compassionate and effective care to young individuals facing mental health challenges. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Weekend Behavioral Health Technician to support our clinical team and contribute to creating a safe, supportive environment for our youth clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people while working in a collaborative and growth-oriented setting.

Part-time shift available:

Sat & Sun - (10am to 10pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise youth in a crisis setting to ensure safety and well-being
