Remedy Education is working with a welcoming and creative SEMH primary school in Enfield that's looking for a Behaviour Mentor to join their team as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to help children overcome barriers, build confidence, and thrive in a supportive learning environment.
Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEMH needs
Supporting students with Individual Behaviour Plans (IBPs)
Using a calm, child-centred approach to manage challenging behaviour
Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom experience
Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and the pastoral team
Tracking pupil progress and contributing to behaviour reports
Experience in a primary or SEN school setting
A strong background supporting children with SEMH or behavioural challenges
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A calm, proactive, and empathetic approach
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
