Job summary

The Arc of the Ozarks is hiring a Behavioral Technician Supervisor to bridge BSTs, individuals with IDD, and ISL operations in Springfield, MO. You will mentor BSTs, support training, and oversee daily living activities for clients.

Responsibilities include coordinating care plans, administering medications post-certification, and ensuring a safe, engaging home environment with a strong focus on quality of life for individuals served.

Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited high school or equivalent.
• Six months experience providing direct care, treatment and habilitation in human services field.
• Experience providing direct care to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BSTs and ISL operations as the Behavioral Technician Supervisor.
• Assist with training and supports including personal plans and health care administration.
• Administer medications as certified and maintain required records.
• Support individuals in daily living activities and community participation.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to staff, ensuring safety and quality of care.

Education

Diploma from an accredited high school or equivalent
