Job summary

My Team ABA is seeking Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to provide ABA therapy to children in home and community settings. We offer full training for newcomers and pathways to RBT certification.

Competitive pay based on ABA experience, plus medical/vision/dental, 401k, and 3 weeks PTO for full-time staff. Must have high school diploma or college degree, RBT 40-hour training, and reliable transportation for commuting to client homes.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or College Degree required.
• RBT 40-hour training required prior to working with a client.
• Experience: 1 year as ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Dependability: Consistency and reliability crucial for success.
• Knowledge of autism and related behavioral interventions preferred.
• Integrity: perform role with professionalism.
• Positivity and patience: maintain a positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Background check willingness.
• Transportation: reliable car and driver's license for commuting to clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with autism and developmental disabilities in home or community settings.
• Implement behavior intervention and individualized treatment plans for children aged 2–21.
• Conduct discrete trials, natural environment teaching, and use various skill-building and reinforcement methods.
• Collect behavior and skill data during sessions and enter into EMR daily.
• Collaborate with clinical team meetings and ongoing training.
• Work with a BCBA to implement ABA procedures.
• Maintain open communication with families, BCBA, clinicians, and supervisors.
