Job summary

My Team ABA is hiring Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy to children in home and community settings. Training is provided, and there is room for growth with ongoing supervision from a BCBA. Applicants should be able to travel to client homes with a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree required.
• RBT 40-hour training required before working with clients.
• 1 year experience as ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Dependability and reliability are crucial for success.
• Must have transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home or community settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans for children aged 2–21.
• Conduct discrete trials and natural environment teaching.
• Collect and enter behavior and skill data into EMR daily.
• Collaborate with a BCBA and clinical team for ongoing training.
