Job summary

Astra ABA is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team, delivering one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home under BCBA supervision. This role focuses on applying ABA techniques and supporting skill development in communication, social, and academic domains.

You will collect data, submit SOAP notes, and collaborate with BCBAs, families, and colleagues while upholding HIPAA privacy and BACB ethics. Training and supervision are provided to ensure fidelity and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home setting.
• Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Utilize ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and natural environment teaching (NET).
• Support skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic domains.
• Collect accurate data on client progress during every session and submit same-day SOAP notes.
• Collaborate and maintain clear communication with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
• Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs only and company policies.

Monday-Friday 4pm to 7 pm
