Astra ABA in Creedmoor, NC seeks a Behavioral Technician (BT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes. The role involves implementing BIPs under BCBA supervision, using ABA techniques like reinforcement and NET, and supporting communication and social skills development.

Applicants will collect and document progress data, maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality, and collaborate closely with BCBAs and families.

Qualificações

• Experience providing ABA therapy in-home or clinic settings.
• Ability to collect and record client progress data accurately.
• Strong communication with families, team members, and supervisors.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home setting.
• Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Utilize ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and NET.
• Support development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic domains.
• Collect data on client progress during sessions and submit same-day SOAP notes.
• Collaborate and maintain clear communication with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in line with HIPAA.
• Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision as required.

Hours: Tuesday/ Wednesday 4-8pm , Thursday 5:30-8pm , Friday 5:30-8:30pm and Saturday 10-5pm

Behavior Technician (BT) Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home setting.
• Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Utilize ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and natural environment teaching (NET).
• Support skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic domains.
• Collect accurate data on client progress during every session and submit same-day SOAP notes.
• Collaborate and maintain clear communication with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
• Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs only and company policies.

Participate in ongoing training and supervision as required.
