Job summary

Astra ABA is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team and provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children in their homes. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision and use ABA techniques like positive reinforcement, shaping, and NET to support development across communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic areas.

• Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Utilize ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and natural environment teaching (NET).
• Support skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic domains.
• Collect accurate data on client progress during every session and submit same-day SOAP notes.
• Collaborate and maintain clear communication with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
• Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs only and company policies.
