Job summary

Astra ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children, under BCBA supervision. You will implement treatment plans, collect progress data, and maintain privacy per HIPAA and company policies. Collaboration with families and BCBAs is essential.

Responsibilities include data entry, daily notes, and supporting developmental skills across communication, social, and adaptive domains in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ABA therapy to children preferred.
• Ability to collect and record client data accurately.
• Understanding of HIPAA privacy requirements and ethics.

Hours

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday | 4:00–8:00 PM

Behavior Technician (BT) Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home setting.
• Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity under
• BCBA supervision.
• Utilize ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and natural
• environment teaching (NET).
• Support skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and
• academic domains.
• Collect accurate data on client progress during every session and submit same-
• day SOAP notes.
• Collaborate and maintain clear communication with BCBAs, families, and team
• members.
• Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
• Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs only and company policies.

Participate in ongoing training and supervision as required.
