Job summary

Astra ABA is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians to join our team, delivering one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home after school hours. Under BCBA supervision, you’ll implement treatment plans and use ABA techniques to support learning and growth.

You will collect progress data, maintain accurate SOAP notes, and collaborate with BCBAs, families, and the care team while upholding HIPAA privacy and BACB ethics. Training and supervision are provided to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home setting.
• Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision.
• Utilize ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and natural environment teaching (NET).
• Support skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic domains.
• Collect accurate data on client progress during every session and submit same-day SOAP notes.
• Collaborate and maintain clear communication with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
• Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs only and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision as required.
