Job summary

Astra ABA is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home settings afterschool hours. You will implement treatment and behavior plans under BCBA supervision, using ABA techniques like positive reinforcement, shaping, and NET to support development in communication, social, play, and academic skills.

Data collection and timely SOAP notes are required, with a commitment to HIPAA and BACB Ethics Code for RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home setting.
• Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Utilize ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and natural environment teaching (NET).
• Support skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic domains.
• Collect accurate data on client progress during every session and submit same-day SOAP notes.
• Collaborate and maintain clear communication with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
• Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs only and company policies.
